Before payment

An enquiry or form submission does not reserve a place. Your booking becomes confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the stated deposit or payment.

If you cancel

• Deposits may be non-refundable when committed to permits, accommodation, support vehicles or other suppliers.
• Any refundable balance and cancellation deadline will be stated in your written trip confirmation.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after deducting disclosed non-recoverable costs.
• A replacement rider or transfer may be considered when suppliers, permits and eligibility allow it.

If we change or cancel

We may change a route, schedule, accommodation or activity for safety, weather, road closures, permissions or circumstances outside reasonable control. If we cancel the entire experience before departure, we will explain the available transfer, credit or refund for amounts recoverable by us.

Costs outside the booking

Unless expressly included, we are not responsible for personal travel, motorcycle transport, visas, equipment, insurance or other consequential costs. Suitable travel and cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
