Your acknowledgement
- Motorcycling, mountain roads, weather, traffic, altitude and remote terrain can cause serious injury, loss or death.
- You choose to participate voluntarily and remain responsible for your riding decisions.
- You will honestly disclose relevant health, experience and motorcycle information.
Rider requirements
- A valid driving licence and legally compliant, roadworthy motorcycle.
- Certified helmet, protective riding gear and any trip-specific equipment.
- Valid vehicle documents, insurance and permits required for the route.
- No riding under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or impairing substances.
- Compliance with traffic law, ride briefings and reasonable safety directions from the ride leader.
Ride leader authority
A ride leader may alter a route, delay departure or remove a participant from an activity when reasonably necessary for safety, legality or group welfare. Dangerous riding, harassment or repeated refusal to follow safety instructions may result in removal without reimbursement of costs already incurred.
Emergency assistance
You authorise reasonable first aid and emergency assistance when you cannot provide instructions. Rescue, evacuation, medical care, repairs and personal transport may involve third-party costs for which you remain responsible unless expressly included in writing.
Final acceptance
The final trip-specific waiver presented before departure will prevail if it contains additional route or activity requirements. Ask questions before signing or paying.
