Information we collect
- Contact details you submit, including your name, email, phone number and city.
- Riding information such as your motorcycle, experience and ride interests.
- Messages, community quotes and consent choices you provide.
- Basic technical information used to protect forms from spam and misuse.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and organise rides or community activities.
- To send submission confirmations and necessary service communications.
- To assess rider readiness, safety and trip requirements.
- To display a first name and quote only when you explicitly permit it and we approve it.
Storage and service providers
Form records are stored in our managed Cloudflare database. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. These providers process information only to provide the services we use.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not publish email addresses, phone numbers or private ride information.
- We retain enquiries while they remain operationally useful, legally necessary, or until a valid deletion request is completed.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw permission for a quote or photograph by emailing hello@boundbybikes.com. Withdrawal does not affect lawful use that occurred before we received your request.
