How consent works

We will provide a clear opportunity to grant or decline promotional photography and video consent. Declining should be communicated before the activity so our team can make reasonable arrangements.

02

When you consent

  • Bound By Bikes may photograph, record, edit and publish your image, voice or submitted material.
  • Approved material may appear on our website, social channels, event films and brand communications.
  • The licence is non-exclusive and royalty-free unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
03

Community submissions

Only submit photographs or recordings you own or are authorised to share. Obtain permission from recognisable people, especially minors, before submitting material for publication.

04

Withdrawal and removal

You may withdraw future promotional consent or request removal from channels we control by emailing hello@boundbybikes.com with enough information to locate the material. We cannot always recall printed material or copies already shared by others.

05

Safety first

No photograph or recording is worth unsafe riding. Riders must not stage, operate or capture media in a way that distracts them or endangers the group.
